Lovely home and a quiet place to stay! Arthur and Sophie were very friendly and they made us feel receptive. This place is close to Tauranga, Rotorua and Mt Mangunui, so one could visit all three while staying here.

A massive Thanks to Sophie and Arthur for being such exceptional hosts. Their hospitality knew no bounds - Sophie exceeded expectations on a lot of fronts, and any travelers coming to this property will absolutely enjoy their interactions with her. The hosts had true/genuine care for making our holiday special, and left no stone unturned to make that a reality. The house was immaculate, It was setup beautifully, and we were welcomed with a lot of warmth and love. Sophie was amazing and made us feel very welcome and comfortable on arrival. All the arrangements at home were done prior to our arrival, and the house included every amenity that we required for our 3 day stay. I would highly recommend this to any guests that are wanting to visit all the top attractions in Bay of Plenty region. The house is centrally located when visiting Mt Maunganui (35 KM), Tauranga (40KM), Rotorua (50KM). The farmhouse was massive, with a beautiful landscape and had the most stunning views early in the mornings. Overall would rate this property 5/5 for cleanliness, the hospitability of the hosts that welcomed us, and the scenic views onto the landscape ahead. The property is 45KM from Rotorua city and takes about 45mins-1hr for travel to Rotorua one way. The location is quite central for people wanting to visit multiple locations in the bay of plenty region (Mt Maunganui, Tauranga, Rotorua). However can be a bit of drive if location of interest is Rotorua alone. On the plus side, the Bach is remotely located and offers a lot of beautiful views and sufficient peace and quiet that people are looking for on a holiday.

An amazing space with a very homely feel. The views are incredible and the hosts are extremely helpful. Would love to go back and stay there again!

Amazing place with a great view, spacious area and clean facilities. Group of us stayed here over the long weekend and had a wonderful time. Fully kitted out with a modern kitchen, BBQ and outdoor furniture and comfy beds. Sophie was very communicative from the point we made the booking to ensure the place was set up correctly for our group and throughout the stay to make sure we were doing okay. Highly recommended and would definitely come back!
