I had an extended stay at Teresa's place and I would definitely do it again. the place was perfect for just myself. The kitchen had all the amenities I needed or was supplied to me if I asked. the backyard is a fantastic spot to sit, read, and drink a coffee to start your day. It's the perfect distance to everything only about a 10 minute drive downtown. or if you don't mind the walk would be about 30-40 minutes. I had such a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend to anyone!

I stayed at Theresa’s place to get downtown to the Rock and Roll HOF and to visit Cuyahoga Valley NP. Location was perfect for that. In fact the near west end was great for biking. It was a three minute bike to Detroit Ave which has restaurants and coffee shops, and a 15 minute ride to downtown. There are bike paths so it is safe. Place was peaceful as the neighborhood is quiet. I had windows open one night and the frogs in the post put me to sleep. Theresa is friendly and great with local recommendations. She is also respectful of your space if you want to be left alone. Overall a great space in a great location. Book it if you can because it is a popular space.

Enjoyed my stay at Theresa’s. For what I wanted which was to have a central home base for exploring Cleveland it was perfect. Convenient access to everything and walkable to enough shops and amenities to stay engaged even during downtime.

Absolutely loved the place. It was so nice and quiet. It was close to plenty of things to do on our anniversary and it was nice to just sit outside and watch the fish. We also met a sweet kitty. Definitely recommend staying here.

thusis our second stay at Theresa's. we were not disappointed with anything. we are happy with all the amenities, kitchen supplies, washer and dryer and a nice zen garden spot. as before, the water pressure is on the low side. this is an apartment in the upstairs of a detached garage. so finding it can be a wee bit tricky the first go around. she was very responsive to the couple of inquiries we had regarding the TV. we would stay here again, thank you Theresa !
