This property was a disaster and ruined our Park City experience. The theater did not work – engineering arrived 3 days later and had to replace projector lamp. The home had cockaroaches – I sent image to host. The jacuzzy smelled ransid – my girlfriend would not get in the water. The TV in the Master Bedroom did not work – “network not available”. The lights in the kitchen/dining area was flickering. The smoke alarm made noise – had to remove and hide. The WiFi password on the welcome letter was wrong – had to call and obtain correct. And many other issues. IF management would return my call, I probably wouldn’t have left this review.
