This palatial villa is located in the exclusive 'Hacienda Las Chapas' estate 15 minutes away from the centre of Marbella. This property boasts 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom spread across two floors. Central to the living space is its large colonial style living space, equipped with its own bar. There are three bedrooms on each floor, connected by an internal staircase, with each level having it's own entrance, kitchen and sitting room making this an ideal space for two families. The property also has a home office ideally located in a peaceful part of the villa should you need to work during your stay. There is also a table tennis room. The garden and pool are private to the villa and split across two levels. Guests will also have access to the estate's communal tennis court.

Great Villa in a great location. So much space inside and out. Would highly recommend the Villa to anyone. Hosts were all very responsive and very easy to get hold of whenever we had any questions. 10/10
We had an amazing week in Marbella - the villa was perfect for our group of 12. It has many nice bedrooms and private bathrooms for everyone. We enjoyed the large terrace and pool area overlooking the sea, really nice and private. The area itself was really peaceful and quiet (at May) but note that you need a car or taxis to move around. However the distances are short so visiting e.g. Marbella town, Fuengirola, Mijas, tennis and golf clubs is nice and easy! Malaga airport was 30-40min away. We were also very happy with the host, always ready to help and answering quickly to our questions. :)
Ein wirklich schönes Haus , sehr gepflegt innen wie außen. Es gab kleine Schwierigkeiten mit dem spanischen Stromnetz weshalb zwei warm Wasser Boiler kaputt gingen . Innerhalb kürzester Zeit waren Handwerker da die uns wieder alles in Ordnung gebracht haben. Rob hat stets sofort geantwortet. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem schönen Ambiente . Als es kalt wurde hat uns Rob Gas Heizstrahler zur Verfügung gestellt . Da war es sehr schnell wieder kuschelig warm .Danke an Rob für alles . Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder . 😃
We were impressed with the house particularly its size and high standard of decor. The views to the sea are amazing and this combined with a quiet location meant that our stay was very relaxing. Rob was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this house.
