Amazing view! The view is worth the money. We had a great time with our family. I enjoyed waking up every morning and looking at the mountains. There was plenty of room for our large family. My wife and our 5 kids felt very spacious in the house. We did strain the water system while there, so we had to throttle back on water usage near the end of the stay to allow the pump to catch up, but all in all we made a ton of memories.

We had an amazing stay! For starters, we felt right at home. There was a lot of room for all our party. We were in town for the LT100 so we had friends, kids, and family members with us. We never felt on top of each other. The best thing about this house was the views of Mt. Massive and Mt. Elbert and the surrounding trees. It was a good change of pace to say the least. The house was clean and Jason was super friendly and flexible. He made sure we had everything we needed. It was within 5 minutes to town but still remote for that peaceful experience. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Jason!

Loved your place. The view was amazing. We decided to climb both Elbert and Massive since that was our view. Very comfortable. Great host. Will stay again if in Leadville area. Loved the Llamas too…no one got spit on 😀.

one of the most spectacular views of any airbnb we have visited. very responsive and friendly host and fun to have the llamas and chickens around! beautiful kitchen and living area. excellent time had by all!

This family really has built a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. We could easily jump back into town if we forgot something but there were no other houses aside from others on the property. With this view, hot tub, and other amenities, there aren’t too many reasons to leave. Jason’s place really does feel like a home and it was lovely to be let in for the weekend.
