This was a great place for our family for the Memorial Day weekend. The pool was a big plus!

The place was perfect!! We especially loved all the games that were available for both kids and adults. There’s plenty of room for kids to play and adults to socialize both inside and out. There were only two issues we had. 1. The grill looked as though no one EVER cleaned it..( it is now) 2. I had a problem with the lock and the guest liaison was very VERY rude!! We didn’t let it ruin the weekend. I cleaned the grill and just decided not to speak to the guest contact Overall it’s a GREAT PLACE TO STAY!! Very private Very quiet Very spacious

Enjoyed our time in the rental fir the holiday weekend. Neighborhood was quiet. House was as described with plenty of room for kids and parents. Loved having the sunroom.

We were looking for a home in a peaceful neighborhood for a weekend stay near the beach, and this home fit our needs. While the majority of our time was spent stopping by Bethany Beach and spending the day at Rehoboth (about 25 minutes away), we made use of the screened in porch where the natural light pours into the space. Overall, the neighborhood was peaceful; the ocean is about a ten-minute drive from the house; the home reflected the listing description; and it was an enjoyable weekend stay.
