Internet was fairly stable, only had some issues the last day out of 3 weeks. Location is close to Ayala Center, about a 12 minute walk. The neighborhood leading up to the building was a bit sketchy. Building had onsite security which was good.

My stay here was great because of the responsive and helpful host and the condo itself was very good! I wanted to stay longer but the unit was already booked and reluctantly had to leave. Otherwise, I would have happily extended my stay there. Recommended.

Unit is big, great if you have big luggage. Bedroom and kitchen, good size. No traffic noise. 2 split a/c (I hate those noisy window type) Trash rooms on each floor. Bathroom is large, it even has a space for a washer and a dryer. Not really walkable to the mall and restaurants. Living room has a big picture window but the sheer drapes were not designed to be pulled back. Minor setback: unit was not ready when we checked in, fridge was not plugged in, so we have to leave it openned for 15 mins while it was running to get the musty smell out. We have to buy air freshener, we could still smell the last guest's strong body odor. Cig odor from another unit came through our bathroom vent.

Thank you for letting us stay in your home Mia and Paul! It was a very spacious and beautiful place to stay and everything is in place and organised. We can cook as there are complete utensils and equipment in the kitchen. The TV needs updating to smart TV though so it’s easier to watch Netflix. For paid laundry, it’s fast service, just at the basement and they deliver to the unit. Guards are polite in the building. There’s a gym and business area where I worked one night because the internet is down in the unit. Hosts are very responsive and would attend to all the needs. Also one thing, the curtains in the bedroom and living area needs to be doubled for blocking the sun. The sun’s so bright in the morning. All in all, would love to be back again at their home in the future. Thank you so much.
