Our house is a brand new 3-bedroom, 2-bath heated pool home, located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a few miles away from the Gulf and about 14 miles away from the beach. Close to shopping centers, golf courses, and restaurants! Our home is fully furnished with everything you need for a week getaway or to stay for a longer-term. We have a spacious screened pool area with a covered lanai and seating areas. Inside, a spacious kitchen and living area, all great for entertaining. Very clean house with tile throughout, large sliding doors to the pool area for easy visibility from the living room. Smooth and easy self-check-in with keypad. At night the area is really dark, perfect for a romantic night having some wine and looking at the sky full of stars.

Ancizar was very accommodating and responded immediately when I would reach out to him. This is our 2nd time to stay at Ancizar's rental house with a pool...Very peaceful neighborhood and only a short drive to beautiful beaches and great restaurants.

Brand new spotless house, quiet safe neighborhood, extremely responsive host. Excellent stay! Really fun heated pool. Highly recommend, hope to return.

A really nice and well equipped house, quite big, all you needed on side, everything was really perfect and we enjoyed it ! Good place to do day trips to Venice Beach, Fort Myers, Cape Coral or Sanibel Island but also perfect to reach nice beaches within 15-20 minutes! Big Publix supermarket very close by and all other shops etc also within 5-15 min by car, quite and save neighborhood !

The neighborhood has bike and running trails and really low traffic in the streets making it really safe.

出行信息

There is no public transportation available so we recommend having a car. However, there is always an Uber available. Our house has a 2-car garage and a driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars. No parking on the grass or on the shoulder of the street, please.
