Nick’s was a great place to stay! The pools were close and calm. The ocean was close - maybe a 3-5 minute walk through the complex and it’s all paved. Nick communicates quickly. The condo is clean and the kitchen has a good coffee maker. When we arrived the refrigerator wasn’t working and the stove began to smoke when we tried to preheat the oven. After messaging Nick he had two very friendly maintenance people to our unit quickly. They fixed the fridge and our food didn’t go bad. Their quickness and friendliness made our trip into a positive memory instead of one that could have been very bothersome. Nick, thank you for your quick replies and getting someone to the unit so fast! Oh! Also, the view is amazing! We watched tons of little 1-2 seater plane-type things fly across the beach. We watched boats, para sailers, and birds from the balcony. It was really incredible! Thanks for renting your place to us, my mom and I had a very nice mother/daughter weekend! Can’t wait to go back! We would definitely like to stay at your place again!!!
