Our 2nd stay here with Jessica was, yet again, a pleasure. Everything was in perfect order, and the location was outstanding for our Kentucky Derby weekend. We brought a group of six, and everyone had plenty of room in this very clear home. A fine host who left us nice surprises like various cheeses and bourbon. Thank you and highly recommend.

A very lovely, clean, and well-equipped home. Great local for a Kentucky Derby weekend. Jessica was very accommodating, and she made our Derby weekend all the more special with unexpected treats, snacks, chocolates, wine, and fine Kentucky Bourbon. Very comfortable and spacious. A most excellent choice. Highly recommend.
