great location and well maintained apartment

This is the third time we stay in Jerusalem with Yoni and the experience is always good! , we arrived a large group of evacuees to visit Jerusalem, Yoni welcomed us warmly, the apartments were clean and beautiful, especially recommended for groups or families looking for apartments in the area anyway at affordable and fair prices!

Jonathan et son épouses nous ont parfaitement accompagné durant notre séjour. L’appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. Proche de toutes les commodité il est très facile de visiter tous les quartiers aux alentours. À conseiller !!

Jonathan was a great host - very quick to respond to queries and accommodating to a slightly later checkout. The one downside is that I was not notified there would be building works and both swimming pool and Gym (kids were looking forward to using) were out of use. The location and size of apartment were great. Very central and large with balcony etc. Unfortunately the state of the apartment was not satisfactory. Wall painting is patchy - showing previous fixes shoddily patched up. Bath, showers, sinks have many signs of previous leaks which have been fixed but can still see evidence of problem. Shower valve has also been fixed and not immediately responsive to hot/cold direction. Some sinks have been resealed to wall by someone clearly in a rush etc. Overall we were very happy with the host, location and size of apartment. However it needs to have money spent on it to be in a good condition, particularly in the bathrooms.

The apartment was really nice and clean. It was a little older then it looks in the pictures but overall was really nice a comfortable.
