The Carriage House is a beautiful, fully furnished apartment with a standing balcony overlooking the koi pond. The Carriage House has our most spacious private kitchen, a full-size living room, and a dining nook with table and chairs. Guests enjoy a large private bathroom with shower and jaccuzzi tub and walk-in closet. This wonderful suite sleeps up to five and features a king-size bed, a twin bed (in the same room), and a queen-size memory foam sofa sleeper in a separate living room. The Carriage House is located on the second floor above the office, has central A/C with a private thermostat, Wi-Fi, one reserved parking space, and is pet-friendly. Located 5 blocks away from downtown Gainesville, the Sweetwater Branch Inn is a unique staple in town. Comprised of two historical Victorian houses, a courtyard, well-maintained gardens, and a salt water pool with Jacuzzi, the space truly feels like an oasis.
