Unfortunately we were really disappointed in our stay here, was not worth the price and it was the one negative of our trip. Cons : - Incredibly tiny: We had four adults and, although this place says it holds up to 6 people, it was way too small for us four. It wasn’t large enough for us to all be on one room together, which defeats the purpose of staying together. The bedroom with one bed was TINY, there wasn’t enough room to walk in. The bed there was also so small that my husband and I couldn’t even fit in it together comfortably. - Worn: the beds are worn, I could literally feel the metal springs of the bed. Some parts of the wall were ripped or had pen/drawing marks on them. The towels were threadbare. - WiFi: the WiFi didn’t work well for us, it was so slow the first two days that we couldn’t use it and we had to use a different wifi. - Laundry: we washed our clothes then night before we left and the dryer didn’t work. Had to pack wet clothes in our suitcase.

I may go back to this place again just because its great location. However this house is built years ago and there is no insulation so inside house was very cold when we checked in. I wish they turned the heat on for us knowing we would check in. We ran AC heater all the time to warm place however bathroom and 2 shower rooms was always cold. 2nd half of our stay, we noticed one of the AC wasn't working. We found that filter was so full so we cleaned it. We checked other 2 AC as well and filter was also full. I am surprised if this happened after us staying there for only 1 week. I assume that they didn't clean it for awhile. When I mentioned it to the owner, they lightly apologized and said they will tell their cleaner about it. There was M4 earthQ in the morning of 1/28. It shock the house but house didn't fall. We couldn't get hot water for 3 hours that evening due to gas stopped. The simple reset didn't help because oldMeter was broken and needed to be replaced. Owner blamed earthQ.

The apartment is a mixed bag--two nice showers, but small bedrooms completely filled with beds. May be suitable for young travelers, but very cramped for a family with small children. Kitchenette lacks enough pans and tools for real cooking. The carpet is off-putting. Location, however, is good with easy access to the Yotsuya san-chome metro station (Marunoichi Line)and Yotsuya Station (JR and two subway lines).

A very nice place to stay, nice house and facilities was great. Worth every penny. So loving it.
