The place is very peaceful, and comfortable all the amenities are there. But the location given is completely incorrect it took me 20-25 min to go around ask people and make so many calls to the caretaker and finally reach. It was very disappointing especially in pune’s heat. Secondly, I wish the linen’s were more clean if not new. But I had a wonderful stay, as overall the place is perfect.

The place was in the heart of the city, accessible to most of the interesting restaurants and provision/convenience stores. Good for short and long stays, just that you need to be ready to climb stairs to get to the rooms. Air conditioning was a relief in the hot weather, helped make the stay comfortable.

The area was it's USP. You can get shops , restaurants nearby so yeah it was a good place to have a stay. you can go for a walk too. The living room was good it was as shown in the picture. The kitchen was so so, the crockeries and the cooking utensils could have been better. The bedroom was the best part,they too have working space there. They too have washing machine there upstairs , and a rooftop also. If I will go for cons they don't have proper network connectivity there so you have to totally reply on the wifi.
