The villa was easy to find, and Tano was always responsive to our arrival times. The villa was just as described minus the pool table, which was a big selling point for us in renting this villa with three teenage boys. The cues and pockets were broken and the table wonky. The pool was lovely and got lots of use, and being so close to the coves and restaurants was great. The only downside was that we didn't arrive at the villa until midnight, and there wasn't even a welcome bottle of water or tea and coffee, and all local shops were shut. That would have eased us into our stay comfortably. We would stay again as good value for money. Thank you, Tano

The location of the house was great with shops and beaches close by, and the neighbourhood was generally quiet. However, the house was very basic in its furnishing which affected our holiday experience; -Very uncomfortable single mattresses -No furniture or hooks in bedrooms 2 & 3 (really only suitable for use by children), -Bathrooms had too few towel rails/hooks, and the shelf space was unsuitable for small items,. -The kitchen back door needed immense strength to lock/unlock, so hurt your fingers. -Only 4 dining chairs, so we could not eat inside (we were 5 adults). -Minimal crockery and cutlery (literally 6 of everything)

Good points: Host very responsive Friendly cleaning lady & helpful handyman Good location, plenty of restaurants / beaches / sup within walking distance Quiet road - little traffic Things to improve: Not made clear which house (of 2) we would be in. Airbnb photos clearly been taken a number of years ago. Photos are v old as shrubs not in photos but IRL now >10 ft tall. Villa very dated, basic & poorly maintained. No outdoor shower as shown / expected. Old worn pool table/tennis table not like new equipment shown in photos. No triangle to arrange balls & cues broken with no tip. Rusty fridge not cool (on max) when you put food in eg fresh seafood food it goes off Really basic white, fraying bath towels No beach towels Blood stained pillow cases Dusty bedside tables & lamps Old receipt under bed showing poor cleanliness Pool lights that are clearly installed, but not working. Verbally aggressive neighbour (children’s ball hit her fence twice in 2 weeks Noisy dogs & music
