Fabulous, quirky cottage right by the river. Loved the artwork! We woke up everyday to amazing views of the river and really enjoyed walking around the area. Lerryn is very convenient for getting to The Eden Project, Fowey etc.

Lovely cottage in a great location!! We love Lerryn and the cottage is a perfect place to enjoy the village. Derran is a great host and is at hand to deal with any queries you might have. Great holiday

A perfectly positioned cottage right by the river. Excellent if you enjoy water sports including the supplied kayak. We were very lucky with the weather too. The cottage has everything you could want for a weeks stay and is in good order. A very convenient pub and a village shop add to the experience as does the roof top garden over the garage. I had a few questions prior to arrival and Derren was always quick to respond. We hope to be back and thanks Derren.
