Silvia is an amazing host. Very kind and hospitable. The apartment is perfect. It has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Several restaurants below the apartment building and the beach is steps away. The apartment is very quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without a doubt.

We stayed at Silvia's apartment for 3 months from December. The apartment was lovely with a view from the balcony to die for. My wife is already missing the amazing sunrises. The apartment had a lovely Spanish feel and Silvia keeps it in immaculate order. She was always available and responded immediately to any questions we had. Arenales itself is a quiet neighbourhood . 100% Spanish. No expats which suited us.Fantastic beach and promenade. there was enough bars and restaurants to keep us happy. for those who don't mind the walk, the food at Moments bar & restaurant in Saladares is gorgeous. 45 min. walk along the beach towards Alicante. One of our favourite eating places was Santa Pola Marina with lots of restarants to choose from. 15 min. bus ride from Arenales. Any walkers, try Clot De Galvany Nature-walking trail just down the road. Highly recommend boat trip to Tabarca, Alicante Castle & old town.

Fantastic place, the best! I felt very lucky to be able to stay in SIlvia’s apartment. It’s just perfect. Sun rises which you can watch every morning from the balcony with the coffee. Best times. The beach is on your doorstep, restaurants are on your doorstep. It’s just a perfect place. Silvia is lovely. I was also working and the WiFi is super fast. Never had any problems with it. Everything is just perfect. I wanted to stay for much longer but it was already booked out for months in advance. I’m not surprised. I’m just very grateful I could stay for a month. Silvia also left some chocolates and soft drinks in the fridge. She is just an amazing lady! She always made sure that everything is ok. Thank you so so much Silvia for everything! I will always remember my stay! It was better that I would have expected. It really was like a dream!

Really nice apartment. Very well looked after with some really nice touches so we felt at home. Very close to beaches and shops. Lovely view from the balcony of the sunrise each morning. Lovely pool, although only for a few minutes each day as very refreshing in October! We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again.
