Bedroom: bed linens, pillows, covers, side table, cabinet for clothes, hangers Living Room: Smart TV, TV stand, Wifi, Netflix Bathroom: 2Towels, Shampoo & Shower Gel, Toilet papers Kitchen: Ref, microwave, induction cooker, electric kettle, rice cooker, pots and pans, plates, basic utensils and cooking utensils, drinking glasses, dishwashing soap, cleaning supplies Dining: Dining table, placemats Laundry: Pail, Faucet for water (paid laundry service in clubhouse) Balcony: Hanger for drying clothes Pool: 7am-7pm (except Monday - Cleaning of pool) Basketball Court: 8am-7pm Kids playground: all day Parking: It’s paid by the hour (P10 pesos/hour) if less than 5 hours parking but if it’s over 5 hours, condo management will be charging P300 pesos for whole day/24 hrs parking. First come, first serve basis. However, per security guard, it's usually are not full. If parking is full, there’s parking outside the Arezzo Place which is only a minute or two walk away. Please Note: Picture of IDs of the booked guests need to be sent to us because we are required to submit them along with an Authorization form to the Security Guard for them to let you in. When you arrive, you are required to present your IDs to the Security Guard for verification. We will meet you at the guard house if necessary when you check-in.
