Awesome location. In a super safe part of Queens with all of the action within 15-20 minutes. Close to lirr or multiple subways. Great restaurants, bars, grocery stores walkable. Apartment is on a tree lined neighborhood steet without any huge apartment buildings or large buildings. Feels like a small community. Steps away from bigger buildings and more action. Best of both worlds. The place itself is a small studio basement apartment. Very quiet (rarely hear any footsteps or anything like that). Would definitely recommend for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a small space. 5* For queens… parking is not awful. Can usually find something even if a couple blocks away. If you’re from out of ny, might not be used to “not wanting to lose your spot” to drive somewhere at night.

Junes place was comfortable and clean and she was quick to help with anything I needed! I will say that the place is by a garden so i get spooked when I see insects (I'm personally not good with them) on the outside premises. Inside the studio was fine for the most part.

I stayed at June's place for a month. It was clean and a big space as I was the only one staying. The place was close to the train and to many restaurants and convenience stores, but also a quiet and safe neighborhood. I had trouble with the internet and June was quick to respond to questions and help resolve the problem. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great convenient location, very close to grocery stores, laundromat, restaurants, and public transportation! Great hosts and quick communication. Very nice and spacious rental, quiet and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!!!
