This quaint little cabin (750 sqft)is nestled in the trees overlooking beautiful Smith Lake situated on 2.7 naturally wooded acres. You can sit on the porch and watch all the wildlife or take an adventure down to the new dock that includes a partiality shaded sun deck and one boat slip. The cabin has an abundance of windows allowing natural light to beam in making it feel open and airy. If you are a nature lover, this is the cabin for you! There is also a loft bunk room with two twin beds. The living space and kitchen are all open with beautiful high ceilings and lots of windows. The bathroom is located off of the main living space. (no tub) You will immediately feel the sense of relaxation when you step thru the door! There are lots of steps to the brand new dock. ( No Lift but sea wall bumpers to secure your boat) There is year round Deep water. We will provide 3 adult life jackets and 3 children life jackets. There will also be 2 kayaks, one paddle board and a pedal boat for your enjoyment! The evening lends itself to grilling (gas grill provided) and sitting around the fire pit. If you love the feeling of tiny house living and spending time in nature, this is the place for you! It is advised to not take water toys across or in the middle of the lake.**** *** There are trees and nature surrounding the cabin. We have the cabin sprayed for bugs regularly. Please know we can not control bugs that might enter at night that are attracted to the light nor bugs that are outdoors around the cabin.***
