The house had everything we needed and nothing that we did not. It was walkable to downtown but not so close as to have any traffic or noise. The neighborhood was very quiet and we thought it was a plus to be across the street from a park. Would definitely stay there again.

We'll definitely book here again! All I ever really ask for is a clean home and linens with a comfortable bed. James' home provided all of that and more. It was ideal for our family being directly across from the park and library, along with walking distance to downtown. Seemed like we could easily tow 3 kids around for activities and just as they'd get worn out there'd be a good opportunity for rest at local businesses. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Overall we had a great stay here! The house was clean and tidy. It had most things one would need, but was also a little sparse. For example, there was zero furniture in the room with bunk beds, and no place to put away clothes, etc. except a small closet with only space for hanging clothes (no drawers, shelves, nightstand, etc.). I wouldn't really recommend it for staying with kids. Despite the bunk beds, which my kids loved, it definitely wasn't designed for kids in mind. Examples: heavy glass table with heavy chairs in dining room, no stool, no furniture in kids room, etc. We also didn't find any tissues, though the kitchen was pretty well stocked. The couch was super comfy, which was a bonus. The area is...interesting. We really liked the proximity to the playground, but the cemetery lot was much busier than I would've expected, and the neighborhood is a mixture of residential and industrial. If you're looking to stay in town with just adults it's totally great.
