Lovely apartment - fabulous view of the city, warm in the cold weather, spotlessly clean, quiet but near to good restaurants and bars. It was also in an ideal location, halfway between station and centre. Caterina is a lovely lady and was a great host - always quick to respond and gave us good recommendations. Bologna is a fabulous city and the apartment is highly recommended.

Caterina was kind and helpfull, easy to contact for during our stay. Everything was more clean and tidy than it should be in apartment. View of city from the window was amazing. When I come to Bologna again, I would like to stay here certainly.

This was our 2nd consecutive year we were staying with Caterina. For this year, we stayed a month. If we can give her 6 stars for everything, we would. Caterina was on site to help us with our check in. So happy to see her again. Cleanliness - Extremely clean. I don’t think you can find another host who is super clean like Caterina’s apartment. As we stayed for a month, she arranged for our bed linen to be changed twice. She even asked if we needed the apartment to be cleaned during our stay. We didnt see a need for this. Communications - she checked in with us frequently to see whether we needed anything during our one month stay. When we checked out, she even asked whether we needed to arrange for a taxi. Caterina is the real deal in terms of being a super host.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We cannot say enough good words about Caterina and her hospitality. Grazie Mille Caterina.

I stayed in this lovely little apartment for two weeks while attending language school in the centre. Caterina has been very friendly, helpful and responsive. She has good recommendations for restaurants and shopping. I enjoyed our conversations very much. The bed is the most comfortable I have encountered and the sheets are high quality and professionally ironed. There is a lovely view from the bedroom and the kitchen.
