The positives: Great location, very secure (3 different locked doors to get in as well as security guard) The negatives: -Unresponsive host, slow to respond to messages and do not pick up calls -Wifi was not working for the entire duration of our stay, with no help from the host. -Fridge and shower not working for the entire duration of our stay -Couch was left messy with crumbs from previous guest (gross considering it is also designed for someone to sleep there) -Noisy -200 pound damage deposit was very steep and host refused to do it through the AirBNB app and wanted card details over the phone (not secure)

Lovely room with 3 double beds put together and 2ish large sofas (sofas do not pull out into beds but are wide enough to use as beds). Amazing location right next to train station and concert square.

Great stay, good for a group of people wanting to enjoy liverpools night life and just needing somewhere to stay.

The flat was as described, good value for the furnishings and well located for the city centre. It was a bit hard to find when arriving late at night in the dark after a long journey, and perhaps the directions should say the entrance is next to Greggs! There is a lot of noise from the bar over the road so be sure to request a room away from there if that will be a problem!
