This is an excellent apartment at a great price within easy reach of Bentley Motors where work took me for a week. Would happily use again.

The unit is very close to a small supermarket, a variety of takeaways and 1km from the train station which easily walkable. Communication was always responded to quickly which was appreciated. We stayed for 18 nights and found the street very noisey all hours of the day/night and unkept, the neighbour talked very loud and played her music loudly, the street front of the unit is untidy with cigarette butts, garden weeds, rubbish and the odd empty can/bottle. Its very hot inside as windows can only open an inch not alot of fresh air which isnt ideal with high temperatures. The wifi in the evenings isnt reliable and fustrating if needing to work online. The main front door was left unlocked on a few occassions which was not ok but being a shared door we had no control over who was leaving it unlocked. There id a noticeable smell in the entrance porchway. A keyless entry system would be more practical. We would likely use the company again to arrange a stay but not this property.

Engineers enjoyed their stay and it was very comfortable. Plenty of communication with the company too which was good.

The stay worked great for my trip with convenient amenities, grocery store & shops within walking distance.
