Wonderful stay for Cruise Week for a couple of days. Spacious size home with a nice yard and clean interior. Nice location and very good host.

First of all I wanted to start by saying she didn’t communicate at all and Completely ignored what I asked about. The house should have trash bags installed but none of the trash cans had bags inside. No napkins either. The biggest problem was the front door!! The handle is completely BROKEN, she mentioned in the chat to use the back door for easy access but due to the hurricane flooding we used the front door once to get to the car and the handle was completely off the door. We we’re really concerned about our safety as well. Master bedroom toilet was clogged before we even used it. On Bedroom 3 the bunk bed was too high up that it was touching the ceiling fan. Couldn’t sleep there as well. Other than that the location is close to everything.

The place was perfect for the weekend. There were 6 of us and it fit us very comfortably. Very clean house. I walked in and immediately knew we picked the right place. The backyard was a huge plus...we were able to play cornhole, as well as grill. It was about a 5 min walk from the beach. Very satisfied with this place and will most likely be renting here again. Definitely recommend.

This was the third time we've stayed at Erica's place and it's amazing every time! Always clean, great location, and a great yard for a relaxing day at the house. Already looking forward to our stay next year!

The place was amazing everything you need for a great vacation was available to us ! Please was very clean lots of rooms we so enjoyed our time so much so we are rebooking for next year
