Fabulous place! Located in a new district, it’s modern, super clean, safe and spacious. Best part is very private large outdoor area (grassy rooftop) that wraps around the apartment. Large doors and windows bring lots of natural light - and that’s what makes this place so unique in comparison to majority of other apartments in Saudi Arabia. The host Mohammad is great & very accommodating. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely return.

Thanks for Mohammed for this beautiful place. It's as described. Full of sun lights. Clean and tidy. In calm and orginized area. It served me as it is in center of most wanted service either in Dammam or Khobar. Easy to access. I loved the place and recommend it for visitors.

Mohammad's place is exactly as in the photos. It's very beautiful, clean and comfortable. We were looking for a place with a lot of windows and sunlight and we got what we were looking for! Mohammad is also a very gracious host, he was nice enough to make sure we had everything we need -- from water to even where we could go while in Dammam. We loved the grassy area outdoors, perfect especially in the colder months. The 65-inch TV was super cool, he even let us use his Apple TV+ account. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at his place. It is about 15mins away from Dammam Corniche and the sea so the only downside is if you don't have a car you'll have to order Careem or Uber a lot, but Mohammad was able to recommend to us a good ride sharing service so it solved our problem. ⭐ I highly recommend Mohammad's place if you're staying in Dammam!
