It's definitely a special place, felt a bit too good to be true! Walking distance to everything downtown Rochester. Plenty of parking. Huge living/dining room and professional kitchen. We loved the fireplace too!

Great place in a terrific location. We stayed as a family with young children and it was perfect. Enough space and right in downtown Rochester. But it would also have been great without children given all restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Social House for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary, and it couldn’t have been better. This is a really cool, unique space that very comfortably fit 10 adults + 5 children + an infant. Grant is the host but also a private chef for events, and he was really great to work with, both preceding the event and during our stay. We were confident that it’d be a fun night, but we couldn’t have imagined how special everything felt. Grant and his staff were so great, the food was fantastic, and the house, setup, table, and settings were all really well done. Big thanks to Grant and his family / staff for making our event something we will remember for the rest of our lives!

We thoroughly enjoyed using the Social Space for our bridal event! And it was so convenient that their are bedrooms onsite, which made preparing for the event so much easier. The main floor space is beautiful, with great separation between the rooms so natural groups can form, and very comfortably fit our party of 35. Grant was our personal bartender for the evening and went above and beyond cleaning up dirty plates, and organizing as the night progressed. He is super friendly and easy to talk to! He also has a ton of serving supplies and just about anything we needed we were able to find in his kitchen supply. Ample parking in the area too!
