City life living. This place gave us a sense of what it's like to live in a city. Puerto Ricans love to have fun, so expect the tropical and urban sounds of their music. The guards made us feel safe so security was great. Lots of options to choose from when it comes to dining, a quick coffee when you need a "pick-me-up", shopping for souvenirs and everyday essentials, and all the while experiencing Puerto Ricans' true pride for their island. We will definitely return to the island again one day, and would love to visit this exact place again.

The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Old San Juan. Everything is close, restaurants, bars, historical buildings, the harbour with the ferry and cruiseships. Our host was quick to response and very friendly, even when we just missed the instruction, we got before the check-in. 😄 It is a very vivid area, so don't expect it to be quiet. We loved to sit on the balcony, watching the city waking up in the morning end enjoying the scenery at the evening/ night. It was great to start our Puerto Rico experience here and go on further to explore the rest of the island. Thank you for your hospitality, we would come back again.

Very comfortable apartment with everything and more than you could want. Take advantage of staying at a beautiful historic place yet with all the comforts of today. The entrance to the unit is actually behind the guards that protect "La Fortaleza" which is the residence of the Governor of Puerto Rico. Not that San Juan needs any special safety but you couldn't be any safer. Process to go in or out is super simple though so no stress there. Lovely place. Free coffee was such a blessing. Water pressure is low but enough. Great washer and dryer. The balcony is very comfortable with great view. Such a wonderful experience. We are so lucky to have places like these available in Old San Juan.

Amazing location. Even better balcony. Right by the famous Piña coladas and amazing view of old San Juan. Truly a hidden jem with the most beautiful view and doors. Only con is you will be woken early by tourists walking around the city but at least you don’t need to worry about setting an alarm that way!
