Full bath with a Shower tub combination lower level. Half Bathroom upstairs. Sleeper sofa, Keurig, Coffeemaker, Microwave, Fridge and a Cookstove with Oven. Cookware, dishes etc. Townhouse with a deck off the living room blessed by the shade of tall trees. The deck furniture is new so please cover them when not in use. Thanks. A porch downstairs under a roof and 4 kayaks you can use. Please turn the kayaks upside down when you are done and put the paddles back in the closet. PFD's are not provided. Thanks The dock had s swim ladder that should be pulled up after using. Thanks. The pellet grill is easy to use and can smoke or cook all day. Pellets are provided most of the time. 3 TV's can be accessed by your login for premium channels just like at home. Give the dishwasher an extra notch to close the door so it doesn't leak. If you have leftover grease or oils from cooking please put in a paper bowl with cereal, let it cool and put it in the trash so as not to pour it down the sink. Thanks. There is coffee and a Keurig for you. There is a washer and dryer but please no sandy towels for obvious reasons.
