Melanie’s place was exactly what are group needed. It was peaceful, great accommodations, and great location to the beach, restaurants, and near Tamarindo so you can enjoy that beach and restaurants as well. Definitely, definitely rent this place.

Very calm! If you are looking for quiet place, this is it! Arts and crafts, small boutiques, restaurants. By car, 25 minutes drive, you get to Tamarindo where there's bars, boutiques, restaurants, big outside market usually on saturday and a night life.
Better idea to rent a car. You can also rent bicycles. 2 minutes by car to the closer grocery, 2 minutes by car to go to the Playa Grande beach and 2 to go to restaurants that are situated between the villa and the beach. Beach is within a 1,5 kilometers. For visiting other area, it's a must to rent a car.
