Our stay at this house was lovely and the location was perfect for our family! Access to the beach, hiking and shops was so convenient! First time to CDA and we hope to now make it an annual vacation.

First of all, the location is unbeatable. So many things to do within walking distance and that is hard to put a price on. Great neighborhood and would stay there again. Unfortunately I am dissatisfied with the service we received compared to the price. We lost plenty of sleep due to no or broken A/C. I’m sure this is not an issue most of the year but everyone (3 of the 4 rooms) complained about this issue. We also had no Wi-Fi the whole time and had one other problem. Approximately half of my communication with the owner went unanswered. Again, Home was generally an awesome place but for the price could’ve been cleaned better and could have been more responsive.

Beautiful home with enough space for the family! Wonderful view and beach access, comfortable beds, and large rec room. This has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in CDA!
