TERRIBLE communication, the place was DIRTY and SMELLY. There was BLACK MOLD in the bathroom, which affected my asthma and allergies. There were nails on the carpet. Black curly hair on the bed, the matress was bent and very uncomfortable, the walls are cracked, the bathroom smells horrible. The lock doesn't work, it's broken. This place needs a lot of maintenance and I paid for this a ridiculous amount of money for only a few days. The host also agreed to send a partial refund, I paid $2,900, he agreed to refund $1,949 in the beginning, and he ended up refunding only $1746. When I pointed this out, the host started ignoring me, and he said he wouldn't refund what we initially agreed before. I ended up paying $110 per night for a horror movie room that is not worth even $30 per night. I do not recommend this host to anyone since this is one of those who are hosting playing the money game and does not care about the community at all. This is not a man of his word. AVOID THIS HOST.

everything was as described. bathroom could be better. the room is small but has everything you need and very cosy! very satisfied and I recommend it. Thank you:)

Thanks a lot. Lovely area, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Safe, beautiful and clean area. Small, but nice room. Just for sleeping there, so comfortable and cheap. Highly recommend

Communication extrêmement mauvaise. J’ai attendu plus de 3h avant que quelqu’un me donne les clefs alors que la veille j’avais prévenu de mon heure d’arrivée. Les commentaires avaient raison il y a une odeur bizarre et la voisine en face de la salle de bain est spéciale. Si non le airbnb est très bien situé et c’est un assez bon rapport qualité prix.
