Listing pictures did not look like actual home. Holes in backyard lawn dangerous, especially with long grass hiding them. Wooden platform outside door going to garage (where washer/dryer located) had step down hard to see and not marked…very dangerous. Inside faucets dangerous due to water temperature regulators that didn’t work creating scalding issues. Windows had vinyl blinds that were impossible to operate (no cord controls). Owner had a no care attitude when addressing these issues.

Ali's place was perfect - the location and the home itself were exactly what we needed for our break. We spent our days at the local beach, tide pools, visiting elephant seals in San Simeon and sea otters in Morro Bay. The house is conveniently located for the high street, which had plenty of options for dining out (while walkable, a car is recommended if you have small kids). Well kitted out with everything a family could need for a short stay (including plastic cutlery for children!). Ali was also super responsive and was flexible for our check in which we hugely appreciated - thank you Ali!

Ali's place was quiet, easy to find, close to town and very comfortable. Ali is a great host, quick to respond and very helpful. We would stay here again.

Well-appointed house that made us feel welcome. Comfortable beds and furniture. Dog-friendly with dog blankets and bowls and nice backyard that was completely fenced. Accurate descriptions of amenities. Less than five minutes from town and the beach (driving). No complaints at all!

This is a lovely house. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and it had a well appointed kitchen. The two electric fireplaces were very cosy and got a lot of use. There was plenty of space to park multiple cars, and the location was extremely close to all the downtown restaurants.
