Another great stay with Ann Marie. She is the best host we have ever encountered. Her places are beautiful, spotless and well stocked. She is very generous and always is available to speak with. We will miss her as she transitions away from hosting.

Ann Marie’s condo is just as described in the photos and she has provided everything needed for a wonderful peaceful stay. We stayed for three months this winter and enjoyed every moment. The area is quiet, peaceful and only a few blocks to the beach. We enjoyed watching rocket launches, the Port, fishing, bike riding, and our visits to Kennedy Space Centre.

Ann Marie was a great host super, greatly responsive the location that had all the pots and pans with utensils needed. She was great with any issues that came up and was always checking on us to make sure we had what we needed. We were welcome to groceries covering our basic necessity. We definitely would recommend those locations to anyone looking to stay at Cape Canaveral or Cocoa Beach area. we felt right at home.

I loved the condo. It was really cute the way it was decorated. It was no more than. 5-10 minute walk to the beach and if you didn’t want to walk taking a car was just as easy as there were parking spots at the end of the street. The condo was next to anything your heart desires. Shopping was convenient as there was a Publix right next door, plenty of restaurants to choose from and things to do. Ann was extremely quick to communicate with us and had breakfast waiting for us when we arrived. There was not a single issue we ran into and if there had been I had full confidence that Ann would be quick to take care of it. We were able to check in early and check out late. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
