Traditional wooden room with balcony overlooking waterfalls of river Slunjcica situated in the new building on the place of traditional barn. It has a double bed and its own bathroom with all needed toiletries and free WiFi. Guests are given free entry to Slovin Unique Rastoke estate during their stay. More recently, we have breathed new life into the old barn, replacing hay racks with wine racks and swapping calf pens for sumptuous beds. Downstairs is open plan tavern offering breakfast. Upstairs three bedrooms are available and accommodation is also available in one apartment and one cottage on site. In addition to the old mill from the 18th century, on a property of 4000 m2, we opened a mini etno collection, souvenir shop, meeting room with a capacity of up to 40 seats, gardens, ponds and acres of space for relaxation and exploration.

Mesés! A kert mellett vízesések vannak, olyan helyekhez férhet hozzá az ember, amihez más csak belépő fejében. Tényleg ámulatba ejtő! 😍Kedves a személyzet, kellemes a szoba. Mindenképp érdemes megkeresni Zmoja cicát, egy tündér. 🥰 A WiFi sajnos tényleg nem jó, de ez számít a legkevésbé itt.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Looked exactly like the photos, had an amazing view from the balcony and a beautiful garden close to some waterfalls to explore! Great location, close to some restaurants with amazing food! Only thing was the wifi didn’t work the entire time of our stay, but otherwise was a great experience and highly recommend!

Beautiful location. We had the waterfall right outside our patio. I opened the window slightly at night just to listen. 30min drive to Plitvice Lakes National Park. We stayed two days to really enjoy the national park and the village.

We had a wonderfulstay even though the weather wasn't the best. The fairy garden was magical, and our hosts were very kind. I hope we can return some sunny day.

Our estate is located in the center of Rastoke and is the biggest area in this mill village. Estate is surrounded by waterfalls of rivers Slunjcica and Korana. Our estate "Pod rastockim krovom" is 10 minutes walk from center of City of Slunj. To reach our piece of heaven you need 75 minutes drive from zagreb and about 2 hours drive from Rijeka and Zadar while from Split you need around 3,5 hours. Biggest national park in Croatia, Plitvice lakes is only 20 minutes away.
During summer you can walk to river Korana beach which is only 5 minutes away, same distance is to old town Slunj and Napoleon's magazine.

Private estate Pod rastockim krovom and company Slovin Unique-Rastoke offers one-of-a-kind experience on a main center location in Rastoke right next to biggest Rastoke waterfalls and above the canyon of river Korana and Slunjcica. Our guests are able to experience true Rastoke feeling sleeping next to waterfalls, while learning of old ways through our ethno museum or old authentic (water) mill above which one of our apartments is situated.
