Cons: - It's very noisy most of the time, particularly from dogs which never stop barking for hours on end. - The bunk bed makes being intimate very difficult/awkward. - Cars cannot fit down the street which the property is located on, so getting a Grab and directing taxi drivers is difficult. - The AC takes a very long time to work, but it does work eventually. - The area looks "rough", some people may find this intimidating, particulary solo female travellers. Pros: - The internet works good. - There's staff who live on-site to give you your room keys and assist you with any issues. - "It gets the job done", the property is adequate for a short-term stay, the cons can be tolerated.

Thor was responsive and very accommodating. The caretakers of the place were polite and kind. It was a Good place to stay near circuit but the room needs some maintenance and a bit cleaning. There are some insects inside the room. Bathroom needs and locks need some fixing. Please do have some room fragrance. Bathroom needs some humidifier or anything that the smell of the sewage can cover.

Perfect place to stay when in Manila. Firstly, It is very accessible to public transportation and the environment feel safe and secure when you are walking around the area. Secondly, there is a lot if restaurant you can choose when you are hungry or when you want ro buy stuff for your snack while chilling in your room. 7/11 is approx 3 minutes walk from the place. Lastly, the accommodation itself has exceeded my expectation it gave me a lot of comfort after a day of going around the city. And plus bonus, the staff are all friendly and very welcoming. Thor was also very responsive to my inquiries and I am delighted with that. Thank you Thor and for your staff for putting up nice place to stay with by travellers from local and around the globe. I feel lucky I chose and booked it after weeks of looking for a place that would suit me and my budget. Such a great place really and I will come back for sure.
