Featuring air conditioning, two twin beds (or a queen-sized bed), an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and toiletries, and a small seating area that opens up to a private verandah with outdoor seating perfect for watching the sunrise with your morning coffee. The Cabana also has a private over-water veranda at the rear. Tarpon Sands is a two-acre private island with stunning reef and sea views that is a mere 20-minute boat ride from Belize City. The island is nestled in some of the best saltwater flats in Belize and is just minutes away from the Belize Barrier Reef and St. George's Caye, Belize's first capital in the 1700s. There are 3 main structures on the island: the villa, the cabana, and a building that houses the restaurant (upstairs) & the single suite. The palapa is great to relax and watch your family and friends enjoy the sea. Guests are welcome to use the kayaks and play beach games at their leisure. Tarpon Sands is a family-run, eco-friendly island resort. As we only accommodate a small number of visitors at a time, we're dedicated to making sure that you have an amazing, first-class experience, making it a true all-inclusive private island.
