We had a great two week stay at Nicole’s place. The house is located in a quiet complex with lots of greenery and is only 450m away from beach. The place was super clean and had all the things needed for a comfortable stay. The checkin and checkout was super easy. Nicole’s a great host and her focus on making the guests feel welcomed and comfortable shows in her gestures. It was great meeting her and her super nice parents! Would recommend this place for a comfortable, homely stay.

Nicole's place was lovely. Here's a list of things that stood out for us - Nicole was very responsive to all questions The place was beautiful, the locality swimming pool was great The beach was at walking distance There were good restaurants and convenience stores around Booking a cab was hassle free through the contacts that she provided When we had a small issue, Roy immediately drove down to the Airbnb to sort it out for us We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a quiet stay

Nicole's house is cozy, well maintained, and is right next to the beach. The pool is a cherry on top! We absolutely loved our stay, and hope to return again soon :)

Great place to stay in South Goa. Friendly gated community of apartments Easy walk to the beach, very nice clean swimming pool on site. Good restaurant. Well equipped apartment. Nicole and her father were really helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. I’m very happy to recommend.

I honestly felt at home during my stay. The Barbozas have done an excellent job with everything. Extremely organized and well maintained property. I think this was one of the best stays I have ever had in goa. This property will always be my first choice whenever I would come to benaulim for long stays. Complex: secured gated complex; clean swimming pool, peaceful complex. Neighbourhood: walking distance from beach, lots of grocery shops Shacks : good shacks nearby, could spend time till midnight without any worry Crowd: Elegant crowd nearby, feels good and respectful. Beach : extremely clean stretch Thank you Nicole, truly felt like part of your family (as you called out in your guide book)
