Nicole’s place was perfect for our family’s beach vacation. It was spotless, very comfortable, had every modern amenity, and was SO close to the beach, restaurants, parks, etc. Nicole was a very responsive and gracious host. We would definitely stay there again!

Nicole’s place was perfect for our young family of 5! There was enough sleeping and living space to fit us all comfortably and then some. The place was clean and in the perfect location which was easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants . Nicole was super nice and easy to communicate with. The unexpected amenities including smart TVs, clever bathroom lighting and Keurig machine were a nice touch! We will be staying here again!

Nicole’s place is literally steps from the beach! This makes traveling with children so easy! Nicole has a great little spot/home with everything you need. Great communication prior, during and after our mini vacation. We really had a wonderful time and would definitely come back! Thank you Nicole!

This is a great beach house as it’s only a short block from the beach. Nicole was great and responded to our questions and requests right away in a most cordial manner. There were a couple of minor issues ( loose faucet for ex), and I notified Nicole. The place was a bit pricey, but I doubt you could beat the location for less. So, we recommend it especially for families.

The location couldn’t be better, only steps away from Bay Beach! The interior was very clean and recently renovated and well stocked with toys, cooking utensils and bed linens. The backyard was a perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or cocktail after a day at the beach!
