Pretty disappointing experience and house overall - from the lack of basic essentials (no pool towels, no dish soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week for 6 people, no hand soap, no washing machine tablets etc), very old mattresses where you feel the springs when you sleep, hospital lighting in the whole house, no cupboards in the kitchen to keep food in, cats around and in the house which made it very annoying as you always had to close the doors. Huge lack of furniture outside- one tiny table and no other sitting area for a large space. Very old appliances in the kitchen - we had to demand a coffee machine that actually worked. Oven didn’t work until we called them out to come fix it. Overall it’s a very old house which lacks charm and doesn’t even have basics to start your week. The agency didn’t deliver the experience we are used to with Airbnb. The good points of the house: nice pool and location.

Maison agréable mais dans un environnement très rural / sauvage (champs non aménagés autour) Les indications pour trouver la maison sont absolument inexactes et on a passé une heure en pleine nuit à chercher l'entrée; la localisation fait arriver à l'arrière qui n'est pas un accès. Embêtant de ne pas savoir que des chèvres sont en visite sur la terrasse à l'occasion et que des chats vivent aux abords immédiats de la maison, la compagnie de ces animaux ne nous a pas dérangés outre mesure mais il eut été opportun d'être prévenus Visite inattendue et imprévue du propriétaire un matin avec le plombier + arrivée de celui-ci le jour du check-out à 9h50 alors que l'heure du check-out est 10h La maison est plus rustique que sur les photos et l'appareillage est assez désuet.

Quiet, peaceful & beautiful place. 15 min walk into Pollença. Ignore online maps, the location is wrong and the only route is via Cami de ca na Rostolla.
