This place was everything we hoped for. Maggie was very responsive to our messages and gave us tips for our stay. The place was just right size for the two of us. The couch could use a little update but the bed, let me tell you! We literally wanted to take the cover off of the mattress to see what it was because it was so comfortable! Haha We slept like a rock every night. Everything inside was very clean and fresh. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and other items were there for our use. Can’t forget one of the best things about the place -the very high bushes surrounding it! It gave us tons of privacy! I don’t think I saw a single place similar. 10/10 recommend! Don’t forget -basically anything you should need is within walking distance. Food, music, little convenience stores, souvenir shops, THE BEACH, rentals -you name it.

Great stay. Location is perfect. About a block walk to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Accommodations are basic but enough. Unit is private and has a nice patio area out front. Hotel across the street can get noisy. Area is safe during daylight hours but late night hours brings out sketchy elements (I’m in law enforcement so I might be a little too aware sometimes lol). Beach was awesome and only got crowded on the weekends. Area is far enough from the chaos near Margaritaville but restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We would stay here again.

This was our 3rd stay with Maggie. Zero problems. 30 second walk to the beach and Broadwalk. Highly recommended.
