We had a great stay and the apartment is a dream: plenty of space, comfy beds with soft linens, well-appointed kitchen and huge bathroom with a fantastic shower and plenty of towels and products if you forgot something at home. It’s also in a fantastic location that’s easy to use as a Cincinnati home base or just to walk to restaurants, shops and movie theatre on Ludlow. Kerry has helpful and responsive. Our only complaint was the noise: the bar and fire station across the street, plus ambulances headed to the nearby hospital, made for difficult nights for me (a light sleeper). Kerry has provided earplugs in each bedroom and weekday stays would probably be quieter, but it was loud for me (my son was less affected).

We had an amazing stay in this loft for the UC graduation weekend! It was super clean, and I'm extremely picky about cleanliness. Everything needed in the stocked kitchen. Most importantly, very comfortable beds. Also, plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Highly recommended for UC parents when visiting your Bearcats! Thanks to Kerry for a wonderful AirBNB experience!

What an amazing Air BnB! Super friendly hosts, who were even willing to stay up for my late flight to check me in at midnight! The flat was absolutely gorgeous and matches the photos perfectly. Perfect part of the city away from the downtown and a great central location to travel around. Thank you Kerry for an amazing stay! I will surely be staying here again when I visit Cincy!!
