Karlie is fantastic. Her place is fantastic too. It's a great place to stay in a terrific town. The house is comfortable, clean, well-designed and quiet. Karlie is a super-responsive host - always replying to any inquiry right away. This was our second time staying at Karlie's house and we loved it just as much as the first. You literally cannot go wrong staying here. You can walk to a grocery store, coffee shop, the Ace hotel and more.

Karlie is a fantastic host and this is a beautiful house. The pictures are totally accurate but don’t convey just how wonderful, and luxurious, this house is: top notch shampoos and soaps, great sheets and comfy beds, terrific design and furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, fountains in the pool, even some 60s vinyl and a record player! It’s a special place. I’ve stayed in other airbnbs and have usually had good experiences. But Karlie is above and beyond. She answers any question within minutes and instantly solves the issue. For example, we had trouble getting the outside fire table to light and after I messaged her, she had someone there to fix it in 45 minutes! We ran low on grill supplies, she had them delivered the next day. Amazing! You can’t go wrong with this house. And there is a terrific coffee shop right around the corner!

Karlie is an amazing host! Her home is beautifully renovated, and being so close to Ace Hotel's Kings Highway restuarant, Gigi's restaurant over at Sonder V, and an easy walk to the mall with Ralph's, Wallgreen's, etc, was awesome. The home is gorgeous and the beds and linens are super clean and comfortable.

I love this place. I have rented many homes in Palm Springs on airbnb and Karlie's place is by far my favorite. Her communication is impeccable and the entire transaction was so easy. The house is gorgeous, bright and so comfortable. Every details has been thought of including luxury bath care, sunscreen and floats for the pool. The beds and bedding are so comfortable. Everything was so clean inside and outside and the location is perfect. The pool area is so private but bright and due to the location-you avoid the wind. I can't wait to come back.

Karlie’s house is such a dream!! Everything is from the chic decor to the view of the mountains surrounding the house. I was in deep need of a peaceful getaway and picking this place was so perfect. The location is in good distance to everything you will need for your vacation. Also after going out on the town this is the perfect place to return to at the end of an enjoyable day. Karlie is the most perfect host. She kept communication going from beginning to end and checked on us just in case we needed anything. Also we were welcomed with a nice bottle of Rosé and coffee. My family and I are making Palm Springs a yearly vacation spot and we will definitely keep this place in mind when we return. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING KARLIE!!!!!
