Showed up and there was mold in the bathrooms and floors were so dirty, our feet were black with dirt and more. There was mold cleaner in the house so it was known but not mentioned. We had a newborn baby, pregnant lady, and toddler with us and was unsafe for us to even be close to it. We didn’t leave because we had nowhere else to go. There were lights out in some of the bedrooms along with air conditioning and we made this know and asked for it to be fixed the first night of our stay of 3 days and and they said they were going to fix it but we received a note with lightbulbs outside the door the last night we were there asking us to change them. The yard was not mowed in years it looked like and trash was everywhere outside the airbnb. Driveway was impossible to drive on without damaging car unless you had a truck or Jeep. Even then, the trucks got a flat tire from sharp rocks. In summary, I would not recommend this airbnb to anyone especially to anyone pregnant or with kids.

This property is great for a large group. Lots of bedrooms and an excellent common area to share. We went to Mammoth cave so the location worked well for us. We enjoyed a bonfire outside and there was plenty of room for our family to play games and spread out. I don't know that it was cleaned before we came, though. There was toothpaste on the sinks,the tub was full of spiders and cobwebs, and there was hair in the tubs. There were wasps, nests and wasps in the bedrooms upstairs. We let the host know and they came the next day to spray. It took care of most of the problem but there were still a few left. One of the bed frames was broken and some of the outlets didn't work. We alerted the host. It's good to be aware that while this is a duplex, the main living room is shared with other guests on the property. We didn't realize that so it was a bit of a surprise. Also, the office is 30 to 40 minutes away if you intend to use the lake or kayaks. When we tried to call there was no answer and it went to a full voicemail so we were unable to use any of those amenities.

Great location. Very spacious. Loved the outside of the place. My whole family loved it also. Next big family event we will definitely try and book again.
