This is the second year in a row our family has stayed at Parson's Cottage. The space is great. Plenty of parking (we had 4 cars at one point), private, safe, and walkable to the market, ice-cream, restaurants and the Nauset Beach (1.5mi). Richard and family are wonderful hosts and always help with anything needed immediately. Thank you for a wonderful place to spend our week together.

Fantastic cottage attached to a beautiful, charming bed and breakfast. Wonderful location, not far from town and the beaches. Back patio area was a perfect little space to enjoy a morning cup of tea or an evening of reading and relaxation. The property is gorgeous and just as described. Richard and Jo-Anne are lovely, thoughtful hosts. We had such an amazing time here. The next time I come out this way, I will book again. Parson's Cottage is a little slice of heaven! Thank you so much for the memories.

Great hosts—helpful, friendly, and lovely. Parson’s Cottage is a real gem! Nicely kept, great kitchen, and super easy checkout and check-in processes. And fabulous location! We’ll be back!!!

Wonderful cottage close to everything we love! It was another perfect week on the Cape! Richard was very attentive to any concern we had. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Parsons cottage. Rich and Jo were great hosts. The property is very nice and very centrally located. Easy to get out for a morning run to the beach, and many great restaurants within short walking distance. We would highly recommend this property for those considering a future stay.
