Sanjeewa’s place had ample space for our party of 10. However, some aspects did not accommodate for a large group, such as dining table only for 6, not enough forks. Other rather basic items we had to supply ourselves: hand soaps, trash bags and tp after the initial round was used up, cleaning items (rags, paper towels). Bathrooms and beds were quite clean, although floor and other surfaces were covered with dark dust upon arrival. The caretaker helped clean up some of that upon request. We had a hard time dealing with the heat in the common spaces. Only 2 pedestal fans at first, for whole area. We thought the layout would provide circulation and breezes but instead, air was stagnant with hot air even blown in by the backs of air conditioners facing the common area. Host graciously provided another 2 pedestal fans upon request. Enjoyed the pool. SPAR grocery store and coconut seller nearby was helpful. Overall fair value for price.

it was a fantastic house clean & tidy, with a swimming pool.very spacious & we felt at home.what ever needed was available in the house.the supermarket Spar was 3 mts away, so this very useful for our shopping.

Sanjeewa was an excellent host and responsive. Our stay at his residence went unhindered and enjoyed the large property.
