Ben was very helpful. The place is very nice and pleasant but the double bed was uncomfortable.
We found the property off the Llanwrst Road very easily. Access was easy via a key box. There was a problem once we entered the property, but after a phone call to Ben, his trusted, lovely, cleaning ladies came and immediately put the problem right. There is off road parking back up the street...its a bit tight. We had a very good stay in a comfortable cottage with a comfortable bed. The cottage had a well equiped kitchen. There is an excellant Fish & Chip shop around the corner, open only Thurs, Fri & Sats. A ten minute walk through the childrens park at the rear of the cottage, following the path past the Junior school, through a car park, then on left a tunnel & up steps, takes you right into Conwy town. You deffinately dont need to take the car. A big bonus. We would stay here again. The cottage was decorated simply and was light and airy. Only problem we had was confusion over the removal and collection of our household rubbish. We overcame it, others may not.
The location is the best thing about this place, easy to get to most places and there is a playground if you have kids. on the check in day the cleaning services called us to let us know that the place was not going to be ready by check in. once we did the place was so dirty, the bathroom especially. there was hair everywhere, also the kitchen floor and the carpet was stained. the bathroom cabinet was broken and the bed covers have seen better days we let Ben know but he didn't respond until late the morning after. we forgot our water bottles and we kindly asked if he could post those (at our expense) but he completely ignored our request and on top of that accused us to leave the door unlocked. personally even if it was a bit cheaper than other properties l wouldn't stay here again
The property is well situated within walking distance to Conwy and its places of interest as well as shops, a train station, pubs and places to eat, it is also within reasonable proximity of Snowdonia, Anglesey and the North Wales coast. Given the size of the property it is perfect for a small family as a base to explore further afield, it is also warm and relaxing (disappointingly we were unable to sit outside in the rear seating area due to the number of weeds and some rubbish). The cupboard under the sink in the bathroom was also unhinged and there was no toilet paper in place upon our arrival. Although overall the property presented as clean, the carpet throughout was rather dirty and certainly could do with a clean. In the kitchen, only two mugs were provided for hot drinks (no cups either) and the cold water tap needs attention as it was very difficult to turn on and off. Overall though the property was fit for purpose and we enjoyed our stay, it just needs some tlc to be perfect

Good bus routes near the house and Conwy train station is walking distance from the house too.
