Our quiet and relaxing apartment features a spacious fully stocked kitchen, living room with a large smart TV, a plush King size bed and a sparkling bathroom with a large walk-in shower. We provide washer/dryer for your convenience, making this the perfect place for your extended stay, or weekend getaway! Our apartment also features a fully fenced in back yard and assigned parking. It’s located, only minutes from parks, dinning, and 15m to downtown Prescott. Open floor plan kitchen and living area, also includes a comfy workspace.

Perfect location in Prescott Valley. Near to facility where we attended graduation ceremony. Near many stores, restaurants, very convenient.
This place was great. Very clean, well decorated, newly updated. Shower had great water pressure and bed was comfy. Easy to access apt & quiet location. Natalie was a great host & responded quickly to questions. We loved this place and would refer anyone to stay here. Our only regret was we didn’t book long enough initially as we extended our trip & it was already booked before we could extend our stay.

Only one block from a beautiful local park. And within walking distance from several restaurants and a gas station. 5min drive to our downtown area, restaurants, movie theater, mini golf, grocery stores and the hospital. 15 miles from downtown Prescott.
Private assigned parking on paver driveway.
