Overall we loved our stay in the villa - it was clean and well presented (if a little dated inside). The pool was the best feature and we spent a majority of our time in it. Location is A* - close to so many nice beaches, bars and restaurants in the area - all of which really impressed us. Our main gripe with the villa is the lack of basic items we had to use - bin bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, cleaning products, salt / pepper, cooking oils......we had to buy all of these ourselves - which shouldn't really be the case in my experience. Overall the villa was ok - but you're paying for location.

This is a wonderful Villa with plenty of room inside and out. Positioned on a corner it appeared to be one of the larger villas in the neighborhood. While we are used to central air conditioning, the units in the rooms were enough to keep us cool. There are also sliding glass doors that let in plenty of cool morning and evening air. We really enjoyed the location as it is less than a half mile (.8km) to the nearest beach. In fact, there are a variety of beaches near by including open water with Surf and SUP rentals, or a secluded beach for bathing and gathering shells. The Popular Villas team was very responsive to any and all of our needs. When we first arrived we sent a list of things we noticed, as we tend to do with all of our stay. This wasn't a complaint list but as we all know rentals take a beating. The Popular Villas team was very quick to respond. Additionally my Wife was injured (Not at the residence) and the Popular Villas team (Miss Celine) recommended a hospital nearby. We look forward to our next stay.

A lovely villa within easy walking distance of two perfect beaches with a variety of restaurants, and close to the Apolonia supermarket which has everything you could possibly want. Plenty of cupboard space in all the bedrooms, spacious dining/sitting room and lovely big garden with sunloungers round a very good sized pool. We particularly appreciated the mid-week clean and change of bedlinen and towels.
