Anuj's place is located at a prime location in Ghaziabad, within a well gated society. There are two malls, Shopprix Vaishali and Mahagun Vaishali within very close proximity, and has a bustling market within a stone's throw away. The place is easily reachable via metro, auto, E- rickshaw with plenty of them available around the property as well to ferry to nearby areas. The location is also very close to Max Super Speciality Hospital and Hotel Radisson. Right from the check in time, we were made to feel at home, and provided instructions about access to the property and nearby areas. As we had a family member admitted to Max Hospital, Vaishali for which we had made the property our base for a few days, Anuj was so kind that he offered us a stock full of tea, coffee and sugar too. The home was clean, well lit and ventilated with a direct view of the elevated road and Hindon canal from the balcony. Although within an urban location, it was very peaceful within the property. The place was as a perfect find. We were a group of friends with an infant as well. Felt at home. Very cordial host. The house has been done very well. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

For 4-5 people it’s best place to stay and budget friendly too many restaurants and activities are there too complete.

Totally recommended ! The apartment was clean and hygienic.. Anuj made sure the unit is properly sanitised prior my family’s arrival. Thankful for the sweet gesture.. a big basket of chocolates & cookies & other snacks, the kids loved it the most. We Requested for a room heater as the temperature was dropping and Anuj has been very kind to provide us one. This apartment is near shopprix mall, Mahagun Mall and a canal flowing at around 200 mtrs of distance and near to a beautiful elevated road. I can say this is one of the best homestay i ever went to. Totally & truly Recommended !

We stayed in this property for 10 days in a family visit. The property was well maintained, well furnished, easy to find with a decent security and had all the amenities advertised. The host lived next door and was very helpful. Except for the kitchen which had limited utensils and no ventilation everything was great. The bedrooms, living room, the balconies and the bathroom were large and well ventilated. I will stay again if the host permits.
